PENERIMAAN VAKSIN COVID-19 PADA PENDERITA HIPERTENSI DI PUSKESMAS MEURAH MULIA

ABSTRAK
9 pada penderita hipertensi menjadi penyebab ketidaksiapan dan keraguan
penderita hipertensi dalam menerima vaksinasi Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk mengetahui penerimaan vaksin Covid-19 pada penderita hipertensi di
Puskesmas Meurah Mulia. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian
deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh penderita hipertensi yang
terdata di Puskesmas Meurah Mulia yaitu sebanyak 213 orang. Pengambilan
sampel purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 68 responden. Teknik
pengumpulan data melalui wawancara terpimpin dengan menggunakan kuesioner
sebagai pedoman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerimaan vaksin Covid-19
pada penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Meurah Mulia yaitu mayoritas menolak
vaksin Covid-19 sebanyak 51 responden (75,0%) sedangkan yang menerima
vaksin Covid-19 hanya sebanyak 17 responden (25,0%). Dapat disimpulkan
bahwa lebih dari setengah penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Meurah Mulia
menolak untuk divaksinasi Covid-19. Sehingga disarankan disarankan bagi pihak
Puskesmas Meurah Mulia untuk dapat memberikan informasi dan edukasi
mengenai vaksinasi Covid-19 kepada masyarakat khususnya penderita hipertensi
untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan juga minat dalam menerima dan melakukan
vaksinasi Covid-19.
ABSTRACT
Lack of information and limited knowledge about Covid-19 vaccination in
patients with hypertension are the causes of unpreparedness and doubts for people
with hypertension in receiving Covid-19 vaccinations. This study aims to
determine the acceptance of the Covid-19 vaccine in patients with hypertension at
the Meurah Mulia Health Center. This study uses a descriptive research design.
The population in this study were all patients with hypertension who were
recorded at the Meurah Mulia Health Center as many as 213 people. Purposive
sampling with a sample size of 68 respondents. Data collection techniques
through guided interviews using a questionnaire as a guide. The results showed
that the acceptance of the Covid-19 vaccine in patients with hypertension at the
Meurah Mulia Health Center the majority who refused the Covid-19 vaccine as
many as 51 respondents (75.0%), while only 17 respondents (25.0%) received the
Covid-19 vaccine. It can be concluded that more than half of the people with
hypertension at the Meurah Mulia Health Center refuse to be vaccinated against
Covid-19. So it is recommended for the Meurah Mulia Health Center to be able to
provide information and education about the Covid-19 vaccination to the public,
especially people with hypertension to increase knowledge and also interest in
receiving and carrying out Covid-19 vaccinations.
